Valentines Day

I hope everyone had a good Valentines Day. I definitely did. We decided to go a little non-traditional. Instead of flowers and chocolates I got a new video game, Ricky got to order new wheels for his car, and we went and bought me a car! That's right, I got a car for Valentines Day.

I've dubbed him Mustachio, Moose for short. He's pretty awesome, mainly because he's mine!!!

Craftiness

While Ricky was in ALS I had to come up with new ways to keep myself busy. With him taking the only car and being gone all day I got a little bit stir crazy. I was dying for the weekends when I could get out of the house and just be around people. So to help pass the time I got back into crocheting, and made these!

The top one is one I made for Ricky and the bottom one is one I made for the bro-in-law. 

Just so you know the beards are separate from the hats. But yeah, there are lots more that I made to help pass the time. So if you want to buy a hat with or without a beard to go with it let me know. I've already got a selection to choose from.

ALS

After our ski trip Ricky started ALS (Airman Leadership School). It's required to before he can be promoted to Staff Sergeant. It is 6 weeks of 7 am to 4:30- 5 pm in class (and staying after to do group homework then coming home to eat do more homework and then going to bed. We didn't do much of anything because there just wasn't time. But it's ok cause he made it through and graduated!

It was along 6 weeks and we were both glad it was over with.

Switzerland Ski Trip

So it's been a while since I last blogged. Like over a month. And a lot has happened. Back in Jan. we were able to go to Switzerland for a Ski Trip! It was pretty awesome! We spent 18 hours on a bus for about 9 hours on the mountain.  The views were gorgeous. The snow wasn't great and it was very busy but still an amazing experience.
